• Where juragan404 has reason to believe that the Member's Account has been compromised or is being accessed by a third party without authorisation.
• Where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Members.
• Where required by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.

Where an Account is closed due to Prohibited Conduct, juragan404 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the balance held in that Account. In all other cases of suspension or termination, juragan404 will endeavour to return any confirmed Real-Money Funds held in the Account following conclusion of any investigation.
